The 2024 Holiday Collection
I wanted to create a thoughtfully curated collection this year that truly aims at evoking a sense of nostalgia and warmth. This is my third year with Ritual Candle Co., and throughout this journey, I’ve been fortunate enough to gather a wealth of feedback from customers, family, and friends about which fragrances resonate with their memories and experiences, and which ones may fall short in capturing this cherished sentiment.
This year’s Holiday Collection beautifully encompasses an enticing selection of 6 distinct fragrances, divided into Fall and Winter families. I’m excited to share the details of these exquisite fragrances with you, explaining the inspiration behind my choices and what makes each one truly special!
The Fall Family
Fall Harvest
I’ve never been a crazy fan of the pumpkin spice culture that tends to take over during the Fall season; however, I do genuinely love the delightful and comforting smell of it. So many other candle companies have their own version or interpretation of this classic scent, but I’m not like other candle companies out there! I don’t want fragrances that consist of a single note or are too overpowering; instead, I chose to mix pumpkin spice buttercream with rich coffee to round it
out beautifully and add an extra layer of depth to the experience.
Fall Harvest is what I vividly imagine when there are crisp leaves blowing gently around outside and the air feels invigoratingly brisk, where the entire season feels so welcoming and warm. This aroma is an exquisite Oriental fragrance that is renowned for its gourmand scents, which are rich in character and have a captivating depth that draws you in.
Taste of Home
Last year, I tried in vain to create a Fall fragrance with apple as the star. I’ve had a couple good mixtures over time, but they just didn’t hit the mark.
I’m very happy to say that Taste of Home is truly one of my all-time favorite blends! It’s a wonderfully comforting, gourmand scent that’s rich and full of delightful notes including apple, warm spices, brown sugar, luscious fig, and fragrant cinnamon. Each whiff of this candle transports me back to cherished memories, reminding me of my grandma baking her famous apple pie for
Thanksgiving. This nostalgic aroma perfectly captures the exact sentiment I was aiming for, evoking warmth, love, and the sweetness of family gatherings.
With a crackling wooden wick gently lit and the subtle touch of shimmery mica reflecting the light, Taste of Home transports me like a time machine to all the cherished past Fall memories I hold dear with my beloved family. Snuggle up with a cozy blanket and enjoy this new favorite fragrance, perfect for bringing warmth and comfort to your home during the holiday season!
Cozy Café
I have truly struggled to find a coffee fragrance over the years because so many of the oils I’ve come across smell overly manufactured or have an odd synthetic scent to them. The ones I typically discover in stores always give me a headache and rarely, if ever, capture the warm, rich aroma of actual freshly brewed coffee that I so deeply crave.
After a lot of dedicated work and extensive testing, I have finally crafted a coffee blend that truly smells like the real deal. I absolutely love the wonderful mix of spiced honey, warming spices, tonka,
and cinnamon that perfectly balances and enriches the star of this fragrance, which is the inviting aroma of fresh coffee.
Imagine a brisk and refreshing Fall morning as you make your way to your favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. It’s buzzing with lively conversation and cheerful sounds inside as everyone settles in, preparing for the day ahead. You can smell the rich coffee brewing, mingling with the enticing aromas of their freshly baked goods. The warm, inviting scent wafts through the air, while you hear the satisfying rumble of the espresso machines. Every time the door swings open and closed behind each patron, a burst of cool, crisp air flows in, enhancing the cozy atmosphere and adding to the delightful experience.

The Winter Family
Warm Blanket
Warm Blanket has been my best seller for the holidays since the beginning, and for good reason!
If you love the biggest classic scent of the seasons, cinnamon, then this option is definitely for you. This is a warm, rich, and intoxicating Oriental fragrance that is full of the comforting, sweet aroma of cinnamon, complemented beautifully by creamy vanilla and a blend of aromatic spices.
Imagine being bundled up snugly with your beloved family and friends under a cozy warm blanket, with a classic holiday
show flickering on the TV screen. The heartwarming aroma of a fresh batch of cookies baking in the oven fills the air, while outside, delicate snowflakes are falling gently and dancing through the crisp winter sky.

Bonfire
I’ve wanted to create a truly captivating woody, piney, and smokey scent for my seasonal collections in the past, and while some of them have had a measure of success, I’m still striving for that perfect blend.
I’m genuinely thankful for all the valuable feedback I’ve received from my customers, as it has significantly guided me to focus on crafting fragrances that truly resonate with their desires and preferences.
With that in mind, I’m truly excited to introduce Bonfire as a standout addition
to this year's Holiday Collection! Bonfire is a blend of crisp alpine balsam and warm, crackling bonfire embers, which creates a fragrance that perfectly captures the essence of sitting around a sparkling bonfire in the heart of a snow-fallen winter. This unique scent will transport you to serene moments spent with loved ones, wrapped in warmth and joy.
Bonfire feels like being surrounded by friends and family, marshmallows roasting over the fire, and making lasting memories for years to come
New Beginnings
Making an appearance for its second year, New Beginnings is back and better than ever! This captivating fragrance was thoughtfully crafted with the essence of New Year’s in mind, featuring the comforting and uplifting scents that beautifully remind us of this special time of year.
This is a truly joyful and bright fragrance that is brimming with the rich essence of fresh cranberries, effervescent bubbly Prosecco, and a delightful hint of zesty orange. It’s perfect for celebrating during the festive holiday season and adding a
touch of cheer as you count down to the New Year.
New Year’s is always a bittersweet occasion for me as I take a moment to reflect on the time that has passed, filled with both challenges and cherished memories, while simultaneously envisioning all that the next year will bring.
With a glimmering glass of champagne in hand and the glittery ball slowly dropping to the countdown of zero, I take a moment to truly appreciate all that I have and to express gratitude for all my cherished loved ones. I’m so incredibly proud of how far I’ve come and for the numerous obstacles I’ve bravely faced along this journey. As I reminisce about the wonderful times of the past, I am also filled with excitement and anticipation for all the New Beginnings that are just around the bend in this promising new year.
